[Original Post – 6/7/2020] Some new character details about Cyberpunk 2077 have emerged online today. The main character described in the teaser is Evelyn Parker.

We first heard for Evelyn Parker during the Night City Wire event, where the protagonist V meets Evelyn in the prologue trailer. In the scene, Judy Alvarez helps V relive her memories with the Braindance. According to the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter page there is new information about this unique character.

As you can see for yourselves, the tweet reads: “Evelyn Parker’s intelligence and ambition drives her to demand more from life. Her goal of becoming a professional actress, and her rational head for the biz, led her to a job at the Doll House, but this stepping stone in her career quickly became something much more permanent.”

A second tweet on Cyberpunk 2077 page stated that Evelyn Parker looks like Uma Thurman (Mia) from Pulp Fiction, one of Tarantino’s movies. If you missed the Prologue trailer where Evelyn and Judy make their debut, we have embeded it for you below. According to some new information, you will be able to play Cyberpunk 2077 as if its a GTA game (in terms of raw violence) and you will have the freedom to proceed in the game in any way you like. There is a very interesting interview with lead story writer Tomasz Marchewka in VG247 in case you are interested.

[UPDATE 1 – 10/8/2020] Cyberpunk 2077’s cutscenes will be unique with reactive options and dialogues.

According to the Official Playstation Magazine, the cutscenes in Cyberpunk 2077 will be revolutionary in the gaming industry. The cinematics will be reactive and will offer the players different dialogue options. They will also use a first person camera and they will be interactive parts of the campaign. The post states that the players will be able to manipulate cutscenes by being able to look around the scene and detect anything out of the ordinary. You can even “have different dialogue depending on where you’re looking.” It is a really interesting feature, especially when you can alter the course of the cinematic by selecting different dialogue options or looking around the place. You will also be able to notice some hidden details and easter eggs with that mechanic.

[UPDATE 2 – 3/9/2020] Cyberpunk 2077 won’t actually eat up all your hard-drive.
