The company posted a tweet, confirming that all Naughty Dog’s games will take advantage of PS5’s backwards compatibility.
To be honest, it’s not great news because only a handful of games won’t have backwards compatibility on PS5. However it is now confirmed that the PS4 versions of The Last of Us: Part 2, The Last of Us Remastered, Uncharted 4, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Uncharted: Nathan Drake Collection and Jack & Dexter will all play on PS5.
We're excited to share that all of our PS4 games will be backwards compatible on #PS5, including: The Last of Us Part II, The Last of Us Remastered, Uncharted 4, Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Uncharted 1 – 3, and the Jak series!

Unfortunately we don’t know if these games will use PS5’s feature, Game Boost. Game Boost is a service that provides some bonuses on PS4 games like increased FPS, better resolution and reduced loading time. Sony has not made clear if all PS4 titles will support this boost, so we will rely on developers’ announcements to find out what games will be eligible for this upgrade. Right now, the only game confirmed to use Game Booster is Ghost of Tsushima.
