In an interview with Famitsu, the developers of Insomniac games have confirmed that Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart will offer 4K resolution paired with 30 fps and 60 fps options.
A lower resolution will also be available of course, but we don’t know the number yet. The only footage that we currently have from the game is running in 4K and 30 fps. However, during the Gamescom Opening Night Live, we took a PlayStation 5 look on Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart with “eye-popping detail and portal-hopping gameplay”.
