PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is getting a new map, called Paramo, in PUBG Season 9, that looks like it will be the most dynamic battleground yet.

The upcoming map is volcano-magma themed and will arrive later in October. According to the developers, its the first game’s dynamic map where the terrain is ever-changing. We don’t have many details about the map yet, but we will upload the article as soon as we find more information about Paramo.

Dynamic maps are perfectly suited for battle royale games and, let’s be honest, who doesn’t want to die by a volcanic eruption during the battle.  PUBG Corp also stated that the map is a “dynamic landscape that will keep you guessing each drop”. In addition to this new feature, there are also teasers about incoming helicopters during Season 9, but take these rumors with a pinch of salt because nothing is officially confirmed yet.

PUBG Season 9 for PC will arrive on October 21 while PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players will have to wait a little later until October 29.
